the year fee is negotiable and according to the regulations
of the Jiangsu Justice Office.
2.referring to the litigation and
arbitration, we charge the preferential fee based on
the regulations of the Jiangsu Justice Office.
3. Invention patents application:
3500yuan/pc, utility new pattern: 2500yuan/pc, surface
design: 1500yuan/pc. We may apply two patents for free
every year on behalf of the counseled corporation.
4.Negotiating the charge for the
re-examination, inefficacy of patents and infringement
investigation of patents and trademarks and transformation
of patents and deputy of admission.
5. Having paid the yearly fee , the
advised corporation pay free charge for other services
except point 2 and 4 above.
